FEDESCA is a non-governmental organization created in San José Costa Rica (Central America) the 13th of June 1990 for the purpose of promoting sustainable eco-development in Costa Rica, Central America and more recently in the Caribbean. With the start up of this blog, we hope to communicate the activities of the organization, opening our doors to people and organizations with like vision to unite our efforts. At this time we are working in the areas of alternate fuels for vehicles (HHO), education (A.C.E. curriculum), and rural development.
